Our home base. Tract homes with front lawns that need weekly mowing and edging through the whole growing season, plus the older neighborhoods where original sprinkler lines are due for repair.
Hillside lots and slopes where irrigation coverage matters more than anywhere else, because water runs off before it soaks in. Most homes here sit in HOA communities with standards on how the front yard looks.
Half-acre to full-acre lots, and about three quarters of the housing stock was built before 1989. Bigger yards mean more trimming and a lot more green waste. We haul it all out the same day.
Streets around downtown and Golden Hills go back to the 1920s, and the mature shade trees and old citrus from the city's orange-grove days need real pruning, not just a trim. Older homes also mean older irrigation.
